This Workshop Meeting was opened at 8:16 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Deputy Clerk called the roll.

Jan Degenshein, of Degenshein Architects, made a presentation regarding the Town Hall RFP for Architectural and Design Services.
RESOLUTION NO. 598 ENTERED WORKSHOP
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 8:16 p.m., the Town Board entered the Workshop to discuss and review Agenda item numbers 1 thru 16.

RESOLUTION NO. 599 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilpersons Troy, Diviny, Valentine, Bottari, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik,
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 9:15 p.m. the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss potential legal action relating to shared service efficiency options.

RESOLUTION NO. 600 RE-ENTER WORKSHOP AND ADJOURN IN MEMORY
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 600 – Continued
RESOLVED, at 9:20 p.m. the Town Board reentered the workshop meeting and adjourned in memory of Jakob Franke, Northvale, New Jersey; Leon Loy Baldwinsville, New York.
