Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and

Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland

County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road,

Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018.  At the

Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:

ACABOR #18-09: The Saloon Plans: The application of Bridget Killen, owner, for the review of a façade improvement plans at a site known as “The Saloon Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 45-49 West Central Avenue, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.16, Block 1, Lot 9 in the CC zoning district.

ACABOR #18-06: Garcia Plans: The application of Arturo Garcia, III,  owner, for the review of a detached garage at a site known as “Garcia Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 128 Sunset Road, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.09, Block 1, Lot 2 in the R-40 zoning district.
