Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2019.  At the

Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:

ACABOR #19-23: Lowe’s Home Center Plan, a continued item: The application of Lowe’s Home Centers, owner, for review of an Outdoor Storage and Fire Lane Designation Plan, at a site known as “Lowe’s Home Center Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 206 Route 303, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.15, Block 1, Lots 3 &4 in the LI zoning district.

ACABOR #19-29: Virginia Homes Subdivision – Lot #6: The application of KJ Rock, owner, for review of a Site/Structure Plans, at a site to be known as “Virginia Homes Subdivision – Lot #6”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 9 Goswick Court, Sparkill, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 77.08, Block 5, Lot 36.3 in the RG zoning district.

ACABOR #19-30: CVS Decal Sign Plan: The application of Bill Hellmann, applicant, for UB Orangeburg, owner, for review of Decal Sign Plans, at a site known as “CVS Decal Sign Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 1-45 Orangetown Shopping Center, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.10, Block 1, Lot 67 in the CS zoning district.

ACABOR #19-31 Tucci Building Improvements – Porch and Rear: The application of James Tucci, owner, for review of Site/Structure Plans, at a site known as “Tucci Building Improvements – Porch and Rear”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 132 East Central Avenue, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.20, Block 2, Lot 7 in the CS zoning district.

ACABOR #19-32: Griff Construction Plans: The application of Griff Construction, owner, for review of a Site/Structure Plans, at a site to be known as “3 Edwyn Court Site/Structure Plans”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 3 Edwyn Court, Tappan, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 77.12, Block 1, Lot 54.2 in the R-15 zoning district.

ACABOR #19-28: 348 South Middletown Road Plans: The application of Carlos Once, owner, for review of Site/Structure Plans at a site known as “348 South Middletown Road Plans”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 348 South Middletown Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 73.09, Block 1, Lot 5 in the R-15 zoning district.
