Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and

Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland

County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road,

Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2019.  At the

Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:

ACABOR #19-23: Lowe’s Home Center Plan: The application of Lowe’s Home Centers, owner, for review of an Outdoor Storage and Fire Lane Designation Plan, at a site known as “Lowe’s Home Center Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 206 Route 303, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.15, Block 1, Lots 3 &4 in the LI zoning district.

ACABOR #19-24: St. Thomas Aquinas Plans: The application of Joseph Donini for St. Thomas Aquinas College, applicant, for St. Thomas Aquinas College, owner, for review of Site/Structure Plans at a site known as “St. Thomas Aquinas Plans”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter  2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 124 Route 340, Sparkill, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.12, Block 1, Lot 29 & Section 74.16, Block 1, Lot 1 in the R-40 zoning district.
