Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and

Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland

County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road,

Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2018.  At the

Public meeting the Board shall consider the following item:

ACABOR #18-13: 125 South Greenbush Site Plan – Loading Docks: The application Alexander Properties, applicant for 125 So. Greenbush LLC, owner, for review of Loading Dock Plans, at a site known as “125 South Greenbush Site Plan- Loading Docks”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 125 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.07, Block 1, Lot 15 in the LI zoning district.

ACABOR #18-14: Miller Plans: The application of Scott and Colleen Miller, owners, for the review of Site/Addition Plans at a site known as “Miller Plans”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 61 Buttonwood Place, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.20, Block 1, Lot 40 in the R-15 zoning district.
