Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and

Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland

County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road,

Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018.  At the

Public meeting the Board shall consider the following item:

ACABOR #18-11: Greater Hudson Bank Sign Plan: The application of Greater Hudson Bank, applicant for 170 East Erie Street LLC, owner, for the review of a Sign Plan at a site known as “Greater Hudson Bank Sign Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 170 East Erie Street, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.14, Block 4, Lot 10 in the

CC zoning district.
