Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and
Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019. At the Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:
ACABOR #19-45: Orangetown Commerce Center – Façade Modification Plan, a continued item: The application of BF Orangetown LLC, owner, for an amendment to ACABOR #18-36 to modify the façade at a site to be known as “Orangetown Commerce Center – Façade Modification Plan” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 5 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.15, Block 1, Lot 2 in the LI zoning district.
ACABOR #19-47: Prel Plaza Sign Plan Amendment, a continued item: The application of Ulster Heights Properties, owner, for review of an Amendment to ACABOR #19-34 Sign Plan for Bon Secours Sign, at a site known as “Prel Plaza Sign Plan Amendment”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 60 Dutch Hill Road, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.10, Block 1, Lot 70 in the CO zoning district.
ACABOR #19-48 and 49: Greater Hudson Bank Plans: The application of Dan Rifkin, applicant for 170 East Erie Street, LLC, owner, for the review of Signs/Site/Landscaping Plans at a site to be known as “Greater Hudson Bank Plans” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. ACABOR #19-50: Uscape Rejuvenation Sign Plan: The application of Uscape Rejuvenation, applicant, for Ingrid Montgomery, owner, for review of a Sign Plan for a site known as “Uscape Rejuvenation Sign Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 189 South Pearl Street (Route 304), Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 72.07, Block 1, Lot 8 in the CO zoning district.
