Andrew Andrews, Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Andrews read the agenda. Hearings as listed on this meeting’s agenda which are made a part of these minutes were held as noted below.

ACABOR #18-32, 110 Sunset Road (70.09/1/10) – A request was made to replace the natural color cultured stone on the front foundation of the house, which was an “optional” design element, with vinyl siding of the same or similar color. The applicant, who did not make an appearance at the meeting, was provided with the following options by the Board. If these options are not suitable for the applicant, they may reappear before the Board for further discussions.
- Proceed with stone as agreed to under ACABOR #18-32 on the front foundation with parged foundations on the remaining three sides.
- Place stone only on the front foundation and place Wicker vinyl siding that matches the siding of the house on the remaining three sides, continue down to 8 inches above grade.
- Continue the Wicker color vinyl siding used on all four sides of the house and continue down to 8 inches above grade.
- Use the stone on all four foundation sides of the house.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Deborah Stuhlweissenburg and seconded Shirley Goebel Christie and agreed by all in attendance. The Decisions on the above hearings, which Decisions are made by the Board before the conclusion of the meeting, are mailed to the applicant. The verbatim minutes are not transcribed, but are available. As there was no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
