Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and
Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019. At the Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:
ACABOR #19-43: The Club West at Pearl River – Phase II Plans: The application of The Club West at Pearl River LLC, owner, for the review of Architectural/ Site/ Landscaping Plans at a site to be known as “The Club West at Pearl River – Phase II Plans” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 661 West Blue Hill Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 73.10, Block 1, Lot 5 in the OP & PAC zoning districts.
ACABOR #19-44: C & E Island Flavor Restaurant Sign Plan: The application of Glen Mapes, applicant, for The Azarian Group, owner, for the review of a sign plan at a site to be known as “C & E Island Flavor Restaurant Sign Plan” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 500 Route 303, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.07, Block 1, Lot 6 in the CC zoning district.
ACABOR #19-45: Orangetown Commerce Center – Façade Modification Plan: The application of BF Orangetown LLC, owner, for an amendment to ACABOR #18-36 to modify the façade at a site to be known as “Orangetown Commerce Center – Façade Modification Plan” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 5 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.15, Block 1, Lot 2 in the LI zoning district.
ACABOR #19-46: 5 O’Grady Court Plans: The application of William Bosley, owner, for the review of Architectural/ Site/Landscaping Plans at a site located in the Sickles Farm Subdivision to be known as “5 O’Grady Court Plans” in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 5 O’Grady Court Plans, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.08, Block 1, Lot 2.4 in the R-40 zoning district.
