Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019. At the Public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:
ACABOR #19-40: St. Peter’s and St. Paul’s Sign Plan, a continued item: The application of St. Peters and St. Paul’s, owner for the review of a sign plan at a site known as “St. Peters and St. Paul’s Sign Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 2 Mary Francis Street, Tappan, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.18, Block 3, Lot 5 in the R-15 zoning district.
