Online registration for Orangetown Recreation Fall Programs begins Monday, September 16th at 5:00pm online at register.communitypass.net/OrangetownRec. Registration is ONLINE ONLY!

REMINDERS:
Don’t wait to check your account/login! If you are having trouble with your account, please call our office before registration begins and spots start to fill up. We strongly recommend creating/logging into your account ahead of time to ensure that you know your password and verify that your child’s information is correct (age, grade) prior to registration opens. Many classes fill up on the first night of registration!
Our staff will be available by phone to assist with login/account issues only from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm during the start of registration on Monday, September 16th, 2024. Due to the volume of phone inquiries, we do not accept walk in/phone registrations.
Requests for transfers or changes to registrations will be accommodated starting at 9:00 am on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024 if space allows and must be received in writing by emailing the recreation staff at Recreation@Orangetown.com
Additional Reminders:
P.O. Box’s for address will not be accepted.
Non-Resident registration will be accepted no earlier than 7 business days prior to the start of a program, provided there is availability.
Cancellation/Postponement Notifications: Please make sure to opt into email “Alerts” and texts on Community Pass to ensure you receive cancellation and postponement notices. Programs, dates and times are subject to change. Make ups for weather cancellations will also be communicated via email. Program announcements and flyers will only be emailed to those opted into “General Info”.
