NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD
Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,
Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush
Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York, at 7:30 p.m.
on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following items:
PB #14-39: Jay and Joe Construction LLC Subdivision Plan, a continued item: The application of Jay and Joe Construction LLC, owner, for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Subdivision Plan Review for a two-lot subdivision. The site is to be known as “Jay and Joe Construction LLC Subdivision Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown and Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 80 South Middletown Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.17, Block 1, Lot 76 in the RG zoning district.
PB #20-01: Sambrotto Minor Subdivision: The application Raymond Sambrotto, owner, for Two 90 Day Extensions to file the Sambrotto Minor Subdivision Plan” with the Rockland County Clerk’s Office. The site is to be known as the “Sambrotto Minor Subdivision”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 34 Clausland Mountain Road, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.15, Block 2, Lot 11 in the R-40 zoning district.
PB#20-02: Natelli Conservation Easement Relocation Plan: (POSTPONED) The application of Philip Natelli, owner, for a Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Easement Relocation Plan Subdivision Plan Review. The site is to be known as “Natelli Conservation Easement Relocation Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 230 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.19, Block 1, Lot 27.1; in the R-15 zoning district.
PB #20-03: Chefman Site Plan: The application of Ralph Newhouse, applicant, for 29 Corporate Drive, LLC, owner, for a Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Site Plan Review. The site is to be known as “Chefman Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The Planning Board shall also determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 29 Corporate Drive, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 73.19, Block 1, Lot 8; in the LIO zoning district.

PB #20-05: The Club West at Pearl River – Phase II Site Plan: The application of The Club West at Pearl River LLC, owner for Final Site Plan Review. The site is to be known as “The Club West at Pearl River Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 661 West Blue Hill Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map: Section 73.10, Block 1, Lot 5; OP & PAC zoning districts.
