Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Orangetown in Town Hall, Court Room I, 26 West Orangeburg Road, New York, on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 7:30 p.m., at which time and place the Planning Board will consider the following agenda items:

The site is located at on Convent Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 73.08, Block 1, Lots 1, 3 & 4 in the RPC-OP zoning district.
