NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING, ORANGETOWN PLANNING BOARD
Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the PLANNING BOARD,
Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, in the Greenbush
Auditorium, 20 South Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York, at 7:30 p.m.
on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. At the Public Meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the following items:
PB #19-25: Karayal Site Plan – Critical Environmental Area: The application of Necip Onur Karayal, owner, for a Prepreliminary/ Preliminary/ Final Site Plan Review of the removal/rebuilding of existing shed and house addition over existing deck at a site known as “Karayal Site Plan – Critical Environmental Area Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown and to determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 1071 Route 9W, Nyack, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 71.09, Block 1, Lot 10; in the R-22 zoning district.
PB #19-26: The Club West at Pearl River – Phase II Site Plan: The application of The Club West at Pearl River LLC, owner for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Site Plan Review at a site to be known as “The Club West at Pearl River Site Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the code of the Town of Orangetown and to determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 661 West Blue Hill Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map: Section 73.10, Block 1, Lot 5; OP & PAC zoning districts.
PB #19-27: The Saloon Roof Top Plan: The application of Bridget Killen, owner, for an Extension in Time to Use the Roof Top per PB#17-03, at a site known as “The Saloon Roof Top Plan”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 49 West Central Avenue, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.16, Block 1, Lot 9 in the CC zoning district.
PB #17-17: Pearlcrest Estates Subdivision Plan, a postponed item from April 26, 2017: The application of David Thomas, owner for Prepreliminary/ Preliminary Subdivision Plan Review at a site to be known as “Pearlcrest Estates Subdivision Plan”, accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown and to determine the environmental significance of the application pursuant to the requirements of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. The site is located at 165 and 149 South Main Street, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York; and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 72.08, Block 1, Lot 7 and Section 68.20, Block 5, Lot 70 in the RG zoning district.
PB #19-28: 322 Blauvelt Road Subdivision Consultation: The application of Chalet Suisse Home Improvements, applicant, for Donna Zumbuehl, owner, for a Consultation to subdivide property, at site to be known as “322 Blauvelt Road Consultation”, in accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Land Development Regulations of the Town of Orangetown, Chapter 21 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 322 Blauvelt Road, Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.13, Block 2, Lot 15 in the R-15 zoning district.
