SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 8:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

Charlotte Madigan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 162 ENTER STBM/COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS/TOWN MATTERS
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting, to discuss committee appointments and other Town matters, at 8:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 163 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session, to interview committee candidates, at 8:10 p.m.
