EXECUTIVE SESSION

TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2013

After the Police Commission Meeting and before the 8:15 p.m.Workshop Meeting, an Executive Session was held to discuss a disciplinary matter.  In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Morr, and Valentine, John Edwards, Jeff Bencik, and Captain Zimmerman.

RESOLUTION NO. 156                                          ADJOURNED WORKSHOP

                                                                                    ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION              CSEA CONTRACT

After the Workshop Meeting, Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:

In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Morr, and Valentine, John Edwards, and Jeff Bencik.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned the Workshop Meeting and entered Executive Session to discuss the CSEA contract, at 8:50 p.m.  Supervisor Stewart said no further votes will be taken after this Executive Session.
