EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Town Board entered the Executive Session from the Audit Meeting. Supervisor Kleiner presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 270 EXECUTIVE SESSION CONTRACTS LITIGATION
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Executive Session at 9:03 p.m. to discuss Parks personnel matters.

RESOLUTION NO. 271 ADJOURNED
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLUTION NO. 268 PAY VOUCHERS
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and on a roll call was adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Finance Office is hereby authorized to pay vouchers for General Fund and Capital Projects Funds for a total of $212,053.98.
