EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 262 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION PARTICULAR LEGAL ACTIONS
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss particular legal actions, at 10:05 p.m.

Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
