EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 253 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION LEGAL ADVICE/INSURANCE
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session, from the Workshop, to discuss legal advice regarding insurance, at 9:10 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 254 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING AND ADJOURNED
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned, at 9:40 p.m.
