POLICE COMMISSION/WORKSHOP MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2011
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. 1st Deputy Supervisor Troy presided and called the Roll.
Present were: Councilwoman Nancy Low-Hogan
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Michael Maturo (arrived at 7:50 p.m.)
Absent: Supervisor Paul Whalen

RESOLUTION NO. 452 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police business, at 7:00 p.m.
Ayes: Councilpersons Low-Hogan, Diviny, Troy
Noes: None
Absent: Supervisor Whalen and Councilman Maturo

RESOLUTION NO. 453 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL MATTERS
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Councilpersons Troy, Low-Hogan, Maturo, and Diviny, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Kevin Nulty and Charles Richardson.
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered Executive Session to discuss particular personnel matters, at 7:18 p.m.
Ayes: Councilpersons Diviny, Low-Hogan, Troy
Noes: None
Absent: Supervisor Whalen and Councilman Maturo

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 8:30 p.m.

Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
