POLICE COMMISSION/EXECUTIVE SESSION

This Police Commission meeting was opened at 7:05 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 349 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION MEETING/POLICE MATTERS
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 7:05 p.m., the Town Board entered the Police Commission Meeting to discuss various Police matters.

RESOLUTION NO. 350 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION/POLICE PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 7:30 p.m., the Town Board entered the Executive Session to discuss Police personnel and administrative matters.

In attendance, at this Workshop Meeting were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Diviny and Morr, Charlotte Madigan, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik, James Dean, Guy DeVincenzo, John Giardiello, and Aric Gorton.
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 8:15 p.m. and adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
