EXECUTIVE SESSION

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2013

The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting.  Supervisor Stewart presided.

Present were:  Councilman Denis Troy

Councilman Thomas Diviny

Councilman Thomas Morr

Councilman Paul Valentine

Also present:               John Edwards, Town Attorney

Kevin Nulty, Chief of Police

Robert Zimmerman, Police Captain

RESOLUTION NO. 101                                          ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION     PARTICULAR STAFFING ISSUE              AND FILMING

Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss a particular staffing issue and filming, at 8:55 p.m.  Supervisor Stewart said no further votes will be taken after this Executive Session.
