POLICE COMMISSION/EXECUTIVE SESSION/WORKSHOP

This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 59 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss updates regarding Police matters, at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 60 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION POLICE AND TOWN NEGOTIATIONS
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, Teresa Kenny, Charles Richardson, Chief Nulty, Captain Zimmerman, and Lt. Butterworth.
Councilman Morr offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered Executive Session to discuss Police and Town negotiations, at 7:45 p.m.

Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 9:00 p.m. and adjourned at 10:28 p.m.
