EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 37 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION POLICE LAWSUIT/POLICE PERSONNEL MATTERS/DEME LEGAL MATTER
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session, from the Workshop, to discuss a Police lawsuit, Police personnel matter and a DEME legal matter, at 9:07 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 38 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING AND ADJOURNED
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop, and adjourned, at 10:13 p.m.
