EXECUTIVE SESSION
SATURDAY, JANUARY 25, 2014
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 9:00 a.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the Roll.

Kevin Nulty led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 39 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION INTERVIEW POLICE PERSONNEL/PROMOTIONS
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to interview Police personnel and to discuss promotions, at 9:00 a.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 40 RE-ENTERED STBM/ADJOURNED
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board reentered the Special Town Board Meeting and adjourned, at 1:00 p.m.
