WORKSHOP MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, JULY 12, 2011
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 429 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police business, at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 430 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered Executive Session to discuss particular Police matters, at 7:25 p.m.

Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 8:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 432 RE-ENTERRD EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Whalen, Councilpersons Troy, Low-Hogan, and Diviny, Teresa Kenny, Barbara Gionta, Kevin Nulty and Charles Richardson.
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered Executive Session to discuss particular Police matters, at 9:20 p.m.

Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered the Workshop Meeting, at 9:57 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 434 APPROVE DISCIPLINARY MATTER EMPLOYEE NOS. 3180, 2970, 3271, 1366, 2219, 1083
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the settlement of an open disciplinary matter with regard to Employee No. 3180, according to the terms of the Rockland County Police Act.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the settlement of an open disciplinary matter with regard to Employee No. 2970, according to the terms of the Rockland County Police Act.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the settlement of an open disciplinary matter with regard to Employee No. 3271, according to the terms of the Rockland County Police Act.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the settlement of an open disciplinary matter with regard to Employee No. 1366, according to the terms of the Rockland County Police Act.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the settlement of an open disciplinary matter with regard to Employee No. 2219, according to the terms of the Rockland County Police Act.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the settlement of an open disciplinary matter with regard to Employee No. 1083, according to the terms of the Rockland County Police Act.
