POLICE COMMISSION/EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, JULY 2, 2013
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:10 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy (arrived 7:41 p.m.)

Charlotte Madigan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 330 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police business, at 7:10 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 331 ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop, at 8:10 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 332 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION LEGAL COUNSEL
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik.
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered an Executive Session, to discuss particular legal counsel issues, at 9:15 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 333 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP ADJOURNED
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Stewart and was unanimously adopted:
