The Workshop Meeting was opened at 8:12 p.m. from the Special Town Board Meeting. Supervisor Kleiner presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 346 ENTER AUDIT MEETING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Audit Meeting, at 9:10 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 347 PAY VOUCHERS
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Finance Office is hereby authorized to pay vouchers for the General Fund, Town Outside Village, Blue Hill, Broadacres, Highway, Sewer, Trust and Agency Special District, Special Parking and Capital Projects funds in the amount of $331,214.12.

RESOLUTION NO. 348 ADJOURNED AUDIT MEETING/ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Manning and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that this Audit Meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m. and the Town Board entered Executive Session.
