The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 407 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION LEGAL MATTERS
Supervisor Whalen offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss particular legal matter at 8:40 p.m.
