SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, JUNE 3, 2013
The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 7:30 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Thomas Diviny

The Town Board led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 266 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter, at 7:31 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 267 RE-ENTERED STBM/ADJOURNED
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board reentered the Special Town Board Meeting and adjourned, at 10:15 p.m.
