This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 268 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police business, at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 269 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION POLICE LEGAL MATTERS
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik, Chief Nulty and Captain Zimmerman.
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered Executive Session to discuss Police legal matters, at 7:40 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 270 ENTERED WORKSHOP MEETING
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop, at 8:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 271 APPOINT POLICE OFFICER MICHAEL E. WARREN
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police, Michael E. Warren is hereby appointed to the position of Police Officer/Permanent, effective June 5, 2013, from Rockland County Civil Service Agreement Certification List #(OC) 08200, at a salary consistent with the terms of the labor agreement between the Town of Orangetown and the Orangetown PBA.

RESOLUTION NO. 272 RE-ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL MATTER/CSEA
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik.
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Stewart and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered Executive Session to discuss a particular personnel matter and CSEA negotiations, at 9:35 p.m.
