WORKSHOP/EXECUTIVE SESSION

This Workshop Meeting was opened at 6:15 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 282A ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION / WILSON ELSER/OITNB/CITADEL REALTY/ RPC
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 6:15 p.m. the Town Board entered Executive Session with Wilson Elser, a representative from OITNB and Citadel Realty, to discuss RPC and the possibility of purchasing property.

RESOLUTION NO. 283A RE-ENTER WORKSHOP/O’CONNOR DAVIES /2014 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
In attendance were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr, and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Jeff Bencik, James Dean, Joseph Moran, Robert Simon, John Giardiello, Kevin Nulty and Captain Donald Butterworth.
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 7:05 p.m. the Town Board re-entered the Workshop, with Nicholas DeSantis of O’Connor Davies, discussing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2014.
