POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MARCH 1, 2011
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:01 p.m. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Deputy Town Clerk called the Roll.

Teresa Accetta-Pugh led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 155 ENTERED/POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss Police business, at 7:01 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 156 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION POLICE LEGAL & PERSONNEL MATTERS
Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Maturo and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss Police legal and personnel matters at 7:35 p.m.

Councilwoman Low-Hogan offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 8:12 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 158 RE-ENTERRD EXECUTIVE SESSION/LEGAL MATTERS
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss legal matters at 8:45 p.m.
