EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Police Commission meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 164 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION POLICE LITIGATION
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss particular Police litigation, at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 165 ENTERED WORKSHOP
Councilman Maturo offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop meeting at 8:00 p.m.
