EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 1, 2012
The Town Board entered this Executive Session. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine
Supervisor Stewart led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 225 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION/PBA CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS/HOUSING AUTHORITY APPOINTMENTS
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Stewart and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss PBA contract negotiations and Housing Authority appointments, at 7:30 p.m.

Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Stewart and was unanimously adopted:
