The Town Board entered this Executive Session at 8:35 p.m. from the Workshop Meeting. Supervisor Whalen presided and called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 342 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION PARTICULAR LEGAL MATTERS
Supervisor Whalen offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilwoman Low-Hogan and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss particular legal matters at 8:35 p.m.
