This Workshop Meeting was opened at 8:10 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 256 ROLL CALL / ANELLOTECH’S RESPONSE EMIL & WILLIAM BAHARY’S LETTER
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and on a roll call was adopted:
RESOLVED, Anellotech is allow to give a presentation in response to Emil and William Bahary’s letter, dated May 12, 2015, regarding public safety.
Ayes: Councilpersons Valentine, Troy, Diviny
Noes: Councilperson Morr, Supervisor Stewart
Anellotech’s presentation and Emil and William Bahary’s letter is labeled Exhibit 05-C-15 and made a part of these minutes.

RESOLUTION NO. 257 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION CONTRACTUAL MATTERS
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr, and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, and Jeff Bencik.
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 9:10 p.m. the Town Board entered Executive Session to discussion contractual matters. Supervisor Stewart said no further votes will be taken.

RESOLUTION NO. 258 RE-ENTERED WORKSHOP ADJOURNED
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 9:45 p.m. the Town Board re-entered the Workshop and adjourned.
