SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 4:13 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Paul Valentine
Absent: Councilman Thomas Morr

Charlotte Madigan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 264 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Executive Session to discuss development of the Rockland Psychiatric site, at 4:15 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 265 RE-ENTERED STBM/ADJOURNED
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
