POLICE COMMISSION/WORKSHOP/EXECUTIVE SESSION

This Police Commission meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Charlotte Madigan, Town Clerk, called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 224 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION MEETING/POLICE MATTERS
Councilman Diviny offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 7:00 p.m., the Town Board entered the Police Commission Meeting to discuss various Police matters.

RESOLUTION NO. 225 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilman Morr offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 7:20 p.m., the Town Board entered the Executive Session to discuss Police candidates.

RESOLUTION NO. 226 ENTERED WORKSHOP/ADJOURNED
In attendance, at this Workshop Meeting were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Jeff Bencik, James Dean, Joseph Moran, Robert Simon, John Giardiello, and Aric Gorton.
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting at 8:00 p.m. and adjourned at 10:39 p.m.
