EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2013
The Town Board entered this Executive Session from the Police Commission Meeting. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 216 ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION POLICE MATTERS
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session, to discuss particular Police matters, at 7:40 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 217 ENTERED WORKSHOP
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting, at 8:20 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 218 RE-ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Jeff Bencik, and Chief Nulty.
Councilman Morr offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board re-entered Executive Session, to discuss Human Resources and Police negotiations, at 10:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart said no further votes will be taken after the Executive Session.
