POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION/WORKSHOP
TUESDAY, MAY 8, 2012
This Police Commission Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.

The Town Board led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 227 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Morr and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board, acting as Police Commission, entered this meeting to discuss updates regarding Police matters, at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 228 ENTERED WORKSHOP
Councilman Morr offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered the Workshop Meeting, at 8:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 229 ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION
In attendance, at this Executive Session, were Supervisor Stewart, Councilmen Troy, Diviny, Morr and Valentine, Charlotte Madigan, John Edwards, Teresa Kenny, Charles Richardson, James Dean, John Giardiello, and Joseph Moran.
Councilman Troy offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Valentine and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered Executive Session to discuss contract negotiation with a Town vendor, at 9:10 p.m.
