The Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting at 9:00 a.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and the Town Clerk called the Roll.
Present were: Councilman Denis Troy
Councilman Thomas Diviny
Councilman Thomas Morr
Councilman Paul Valentine
Also Present: Allan Ryff, Deputy Supervisor

The Town Board led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
RESOLUTION NO. 397 ENTER STBM/BUDGE MEETING DEPARTMENT HEADS
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting for the purpose of discussing the 2014 Budget with the department heads, at 9:00 a.m.

Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
