This Workshop Meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and Town Clerk, Charlotte Madigan, called the roll.

RESOLUTION NO. 151 ENTERED POLICE COMMISSION MEETING
Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Troy and was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, at 7:05 p.m., the Town Board entered the Police Commission Meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 152 AWARD CONTRACT/BERRY BURNERS OF NYACK, NY/REPLACEMENT OF HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS/BLUE HILL GOLF COURSE RESTAURANT
Councilman Valentine offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Supervisor Stewart and was unanimously adopted:
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation duly advertised for sealed bids for replacement of Heating & Air Conditioning components at the Blue Hill Golf Course Restaurant, which were received and publicly opened on March 2, 2016; a copy of the Affidavit of Publication, Notice of Posting and Bid Sheet is labeled Exhibit 03-A-16, and made a part of these minutes. Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the contract for the replacement of Heating and Air Conditioning components at the Blue Hill Golf Course Restaurant is hereby awarded to the only bidder, Berry Burners of Nyack, NY, in the amount of $61,000.00.

RESOLVED, a Special Town Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 10, 2016, at 12:30 p.m. to discuss the NYC Football Club Project.
