NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ORANGETOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York in the Greenbush Auditorium 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. At the public hearing, the Board shall consider the following items:

ZBA#17-05: Application of 55-61 East Towline Road (O’Rourke) for variances from Zoning Code (Chapter 43) of the Town of Orangetown Code, R-40 District, Group E, Columns 11 (Rear Yard) and 12 (Building Height) and from Section 9.34 (Extension of non-conforming use in a building cannot exceed 50% of floor area ratio) to remove an existing structure and build a new single-family residence on a lot with an existing single-family residence.
