NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ORANGETOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals
of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York in the Greenbush Auditorium 20 Greenbush Road, Orangeburg, New York at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. At the public hearing, the Board shall consider the following items:

ZBA#17-06: Application of John and Joy Macy for a variance from Zoning Code (Chapter 43) of the Town of Orangetown Code, R-80 District, Group A, Section 3.11, Column 5 # 10 ( Any other accessory use not inconsistent with the uses permitted herein) to use the existing barn to host events [not more than 10 per year] at an existing single-family residence located on 10.8 acres. The premises are located at 690 Western Highway, Blauvelt, New York and are identified on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.05, Block 1, Lot 11; in the R-80 zoning district.
ZBA# 17-07: Application of Pfizer Emergency generator for variances from Zoning Code (Chapter 43) of the Town of Orangetown Code, LI District, Group QQ, Section 3.12, Columns 8 (Front Yard), and 9 (Side Yard) for the proposed generator as a standby generator for Building 222. The premises are located at 401 North Middletown Road, Pearl River, New York and are identified on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 68.08, Block 1, Lot 5; LI zoning district.
ZBA#17-08: Application of James and Susan Corlett for variances from Zoning Code (Chapter 43) of the Town of Orangetown Code, RG District, Group Q, Columns 4 (Floor Area Ratio), 8 (Front Yard) and 12 (Building Height) for an addition to an existing single-family residence.
