NOTICE OF ADOPTION

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown, after a Public Hearing held on the    7^th    day of January, 2025, adopted Local Law No. 1, 2025, amending Chapter 18 entitled “Hawking and Peddling”, §18-13 “Do Not Knock Registry” of the Town Code.  This amendment provides for a licensees to consult the most up to date registry as available online on the Town’s website.

Local Law No. 1, 2025, as adopted and approved, has been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Orangetown, Town Hall, 26 W. Orangeburg Rd., Orangeburg, NY, where it may be examined by any interested party and is available for review online at www.orangetown.com.
