This Special Town Board Meeting was opened at 8:00 a.m. Supervisor Stewart presided and called the roll.

Supervisor Andrew Stewart

Jeff Bencik, Finance Director

James Dean, Superintendent of Highways

Aric Gorton, Superintendent of Parks, Recreation & Building Maint.

Michael Manzare, Building Dept.

Mike Bettmann, Fire Prevention

Judge Richard Finning, Justice Court

Anthony Bevelacqua, IT Dept.

Matt Lenihan, IT Dept.

RESOLUTION NO. 458                                          2018 BUDGET PRESENTATIONS DEPARTMENT HEADS

  

Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Bottari and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 8:00 a.m., the Town Board entered this Special Town Board Meeting review and discuss the 2018 Budgets for the Highway, Parks & Recreation, Building Maintenance, Fire Prevention, IT, Supervisor and Finance Departments, Justice Court and the Town Museums.

Councilpersons Bottari, Troy, Diviny, Valentine

Supervisor Stewart offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Councilman Diviny and was unanimously adopted:

 

RESOLVED, at 11:30 a.m., the Town Board adjourned this meeting.
