NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ORANGETOWN ARCHITECTURE
AND COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD OF REVIEW
Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and
Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland
County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road,
Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2011. At the
public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:
ACABOR #11-03: Ebenezer Full Gospel Assembly: The application of Ebenezer Full Gospel Assembly, owner, for review of Fence/Gate Plans at a site known as “Ebenezer Full Gospel Assembly”, accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 136 Sunset Road, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 70.05, Block 1, Lot 16 in the R-40 zoning district.
