NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ORANGETOWN ARCHITECTURE
AND COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD OF REVIEW
Please take notice that a Public Meeting will be held by the Architecture and
Community Appearance Board of Review of the Town of Orangetown, Rockland
County, New York, in the Greenbush Auditorium, 20 Greenbush Road,
Orangeburg, New York at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011. At the
public meeting the Board shall consider the following items:
ACABOR #11-04: St. John’s Malankara Church Plan. The application of St. John’s Malankara Church, owner, for review of an Addition to Existing Structure at a site known as “St. John’s Malankara Church”, accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 331 Blaisdell Road, Orangeburg, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 73.20, Block 1, Lot 31 in the LIO zoning district.
ACABOR #11-05: Saint Thomas Aquinas College Athletic Field Site Plan: The application of Saint Thomas Aquinas College, owner, for review of Site Plan at a site known as “Saint Thomas Aquinas College Athletic Field Site Plan”, accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 280 Route 340, on the south side of Route 340, 850 feet west of the intersection of Kings Highway, Sparkill, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 74.20, Block 1, Lot 23, in the R-40 zoning district.
ACABOR #11-06: Valentine Plans: The application of Nancy & Paul Valentine, owners, for review of Site/Structure Plans at a site known as “Valentine Plans”, accordance with Article 16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and Chapter 2 of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. The site is located at 20 Buttonwood Place, Blauvelt, Town of Orangetown, Rockland County, New York and as shown on the Orangetown Tax Map as Section 69.20, Block 1, Lot 49, in the R-15 zoning district.
