OTHER BUSINESS:
An amendment to HABR #00-05 Gilbert and Janet Galloway: Decision stated that the house would be painted green and it was painted pale blue/grey with colonial blue shutters. Applicant would like the color approved as blue/grey siding and colonial blue shutters.The Board reviewed the proposed changes and Thane Schappell made a motion to accept the changes as proposed, which motion was seconded by Scott Wheatley and carried unanimously. Margaret Raso, Larry Bucciarelli and Joseph Chabot were absent.
THE DECISIONS RELATED TO THE ABOVE HEARINGS are inserted herein and made part of these minutes.
There being no further business to come before the Board, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 P.M.

Heard by the HISTORIC AREAS BOARD OF REVIEW at a meeting held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at which time the Board made the following determination:
Mikyong and Chui Hyun appeared.
The following documents were presented:
- Site plan showing the existing driveway (gravel).
Mikyong Hyun stated that she modified the gravel driveway 15 years ago; that the property had a gravel driveway when she purchased it; that the driveway is pea gravel
3/8″ gray color; that she has money in escrow that will not be released until the driveway is approved as gravel or paved.

The Board, after personal observation of the property, hearing all the testimony and reviewing same, found as fact, that: The application as presented, would not adversely affect the Historic District and the surrounding area. The design and materials for the proposed driveway:
- The existing driveway will remain gravel and the applicant will obtain a variance for it.

Heard by the HISTORIC AREAS BOARD OF REVIEW at a meeting held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at which time the Board made the following determination:
Bill Bosley, contractor, appeared.
The following documents were presented:
- Plot plan for proposed pool for Plowe dated 11/30/2010 with the latest revision date of 4/14/2011 signed and sealed by Jay A. Greenwell, PLS.
- Plot plan for proposed pool & Generator Chriss dated 3/12/2015 with the latest revision date of 4/13/ 2015 signed and sealed by Jay A. Greenwell, PLS.
- Pool plans labeled “Plowe Residence Pool” dated 8/05/2011 not signed or sealed by Dominick R. Pilla Associates.
- Six pictures of the fences,, stone, fireplace, patio stone.
- Four pages of the specs for the proposed generator.
Bill Bosley stated that the pool was previously approved for the Plowes’; that they withdrew the application when they decided to sell the house; that the new owners are planning to proceed with the same pool but they are extending the patio and adding an outdoor fireplace, the patio is being extended to the south; that the existing cedar fences are being extended along the same lines; that the pool equipment will be vaulted underground; that the stone facing the pool will match the house; that there will be a 6′ high bronze color steel custom fence around the pool; that the landscape lights will be bronze downlighting and there will be low voltage lighting in the pool.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
Joan Lehman, 43 Woods Road stated that she has no objection to the pool if it meets the requirements setbacks.
Jerome Lieberman, 43 Woods Road questioned if the pool was above ground or in•
ground and asked if here would be any blasting to install the pool.

- The property fence shall be cedar 6′ solid fence with gates to match existing.
- The four (4 ‘) foot high Ipe fence shall be bronze color steel custom fence (see pictures) and will have two (2″) inch bronze posts three (3″) inch OC with Ipe top
rail ans self-closing self-locking closures:
- There will be two (2) self-locking gates at pool area.
- The patio shall be stone to match the existing.
- The wall and fireplace shall be stone to match the house.
- The pool shall have low voltage interior lights.
- The patio shall have bronze low voltage downlighting.
- The low decibel 36KW Generac generator shall be completely fenced in by a six
(6′) foot high fence;
- The cantilevered infinity pool shall be made of shotcrete, color aqua, by Creative
Pools;
- The pool will have a four (4′) foot high (max) concrete retaining wall on the south east side;
- The pool equipment shall be contained entirely in a vault underneath the pool patio.
